2018-2019 Vision 4 Moore Board of Directors
We are pleased to continue "helping those who help others" in memory of our Founder, Robert A. Baillie. Vision 4 Moore is a 501 C (3) not-for-profit corporation tax id # 47-3362116, governed by a Board of Directors.
Chairperson, Chris Jordan
Chris joined the Board of Directors in 2017. He is the President of the O’Connor Co. of NC, Inc. which is a nationwide commercial/industrial construction company. He is also the managing member of RAB Investments LLC and Baidan Investments LLC, both real estate investment and development companies.
Chris has actively served as a unit leader and member of the Board of Directors for the Boy Scouts of America Occoneechee Council. He currently serves as the 2022 – 2024 Boy Scouts of America Occoneechee Council President. He is also an Elder at Brownson Presbyterian Church in Southern Pines, NC, where he co-chairs the church’s Property and Grounds committee and serves as an usher. Chris is also a volunteer fishing/fly fishing instructor for the North Carolian Wildlife Commissions Pechmann Education center. Chris previously served as an original board member of MIRA Foundation USA which was the first organization in the United States that provides guide dogs for eligible children between the ages of 11 and 16.
Treasurer, Mary Ann Brown

My name is Mary Ann Imperial Brown, happily married to a very loving, supportive husband, a proud mother of a beautiful fine young lady and a mother of sweet furry little boy. Holding a Degree of Bachelor of Science major in Computer Science, currently taking Associate in Applied Science major in Accounting. I am the Treasurer and volunteer of Vision 4 Moore, Property Manager of RAB Group Company, Mira Foundation volunteer, event coordinator of Miles for Mira for two consecutive years, Del Monte Philippines Distributor Branch Manager, Executive legal secretary for the Corporate Secretary of Wise & Company Philippines formerly Dharmala Philippines, legal secretary of R.Z Francisco Law Office, and executive proprietor assistant of Bikolana Crafts & Export Company.
I believe that positive attitude, determination, hard work and investment in education can change the reality of the beneficiaries we serve. I grew up in the small town in the Philippines, back home we enjoy simple living yet happy and content. Migrating in the USA taught me to aim high and reach my dream. These are the reason I went back to school to pursue another degree to challenge myself and grow as a person. I am driven by a desire to help others in need to show that there is still goodness in the world.
Executive Director, Pamela Partis
Pamela is a founding member of the Board of Directors. Pamela has served as the Executive Director of Moore Friends for Mississippi, served as Co-Chair of Moore County Pet Responsibility Committee, a former member of the Weymouth Center for the Arts and Humanity Board Member, volunteers with The Pilot Newspapers Lost/Found Pet Reports and the Sunrise Theater.
